Here’s what every Built in a Day Intensive includes:

Exclusive Pre-Work Preparation Workbook: Start with an Workbook detailing everything needed for a successful day (copy, images, login info., etc.).
Pre-Intensive Strategy Session: A one-hour session where we’ll work through questions you may have for the pre-work.
Pre-Intensive Walk Through: A one-hour session to walk through your pre-work before the intensive day.
Flexible Intensive Day: Full 8-hour day of focused work.
Post-Intensive Review: Review the work we’ve done and discuss any final tweaks or questions you might have.

Use this space to provide your website visitors with a brief description on what to expect before clicking on a section title.

A Full day focused on bringing your vision to life. We could spend that time creating a new up to 4-page WordPress website or refreshing an existing WordPress website (up to 4 pages). For Email Marketing and Social Media Setup services, we can discuss your needs on a call to see what timeframe is needed.

Once you book the Intensive Day and pay your deposit, I will send you a link to a Google Drive folder with pre-work workbooks. Those will need to be completed approximately 10 days prior to the Intensive Day. I’m available for a strategy session to answer any questions that arise on completing the prep-work. We’ll go over the prep-work in a Pre Intensive Day Walk Through about 1 week prior to the intensive. After the walk through, I’ll send you a sample of some sections so you’ll get an idea of what your site will look like.

You can pay for your Intensive Day in multiple payments. To book the day, you’ll need to submit a 50% deposit. The final payment is required on or before the Intensive Day. Pay by credit card, PayPal, Venmo or Zelle.

Allow about one month for the process. You will need about two weeks to complete the pre-work paperwork. If there are any questions or any assistance needed to complete the pre-work, we can schedule a strategy session to get it done. About one week prior to the Intensive Day, we’ll have a walk through call to go over your pre-work. It’s imperative the pre-work is done before the strategy call.

The Intensive Day will either be one full day or two half days. We’ll work on design options prior to the Intensive Day, so I’ll be able to start working on your site early that day. Please plan to be available throughout the day (or 2 half days) to make quick decisions and to approve the pages as they are created. At the end of the day, we’ll do a walk-through of the site.

You as the client are responsible for obtaining your website hosting, domain registry, and any licensing needed for non-Google fonts.
