SCHEDULE A DISCOVERY CALL

Here’s what’s included in the Website in a Week Intensive:

Pre-Work Preparation Workbook: A guided workbook to help you gather everything needed – copy, images, login details, and more – so we’re ready to hit the ground running.
Pre-Intensive Strategy Session: A 1-hour planning call to clarify your goals, work through any questions you have about the pre-work, and make sure we’re aligned on strategy before your build week begins.
Pre-Intensive Walk Through: A second 1-hour call to go over your completed workbook, answer final questions, and finalize the plan.
Focused Website Build (Mon–Fri): During your scheduled week, I’ll design and build your 5-page website. You’ll stay updated throughout the process and have space for feedback along the way.
Post-Intensive Review: Once your site is ready to launch, we’ll walk through it together and cover any last tweaks or questions.
30-Day Support Period: Email support for anything related to the work completed during your week (excludes new design or additional pages).
Access to Training Vault: Access resources to help you manage your website going forward.

INVESTMENT: $1,200 + applicable tax (Texas residents only)

Frequently Asked Questions

It’s a focused, one-week process where I build or refresh your 5-page WordPress website. We start with a prep workbook and strategy calls, then I design and develop your site during your scheduled build week with input from you along the way.

Before your scheduled build week, you’ll receive a guided pre-work workbook to gather your content, images, and login details. We’ll also have two calls: A Strategy Session to clarify your goals and answer any questions about the workbook and a Pre-Intensive Walkthrough to review your pre-work and finalize the plan.

This prep ensures that by the time build week begins, we’re aligned on content and direction so the process runs smoothly and efficiently.

You can pay for your Intensive in multiple payments. To book the day, you’ll need to submit a 50% deposit. The final payment is required on or before the Intensive. Pay by credit card, PayPal, Venmo or Zelle.

Allow about one month for the process. You will need about two weeks to complete the pre-work paperwork. If there are any questions or any assistance needed to complete the pre-work, we can schedule a strategy session to get it done. About one week prior to the Intensive Day, we’ll have a walk-through call to go over your pre-work. It’s imperative the pre-work is done before the walk-through call.

Once you book the Intensive and pay your deposit, I will send you a link to a Google Drive folder with pre-work workbooks. Those will need to be completed approximately 1 week prior to the Intensive. I’m available for a strategy session to answer any questions that arise on completing the prep-work. We’ll go over the prep-work in a Pre Intensive Walk Through about 1 week prior to the intensive.

You as the client are responsible for obtaining your website hosting, domain registry, licensing for any images you use, and any licensing needed for non-Google fonts.
